As a diplomat, I heard a common challenge expressed by leaders across the public and private sectors: they want to capitalize on opportunities but their organizations have a capacity gap. And all my clients highlight this as their biggest gap. This can be an HR gap (retirement, maternity, difficulty finding needed acumen), experience gap or time gap. I aim to bridge this gap with my acumen on an as-needed basis, without the financial commitment of a permanent hire.

I cultivated high-value commercial networks, generated business leads, gathered intelligence, and identified opportunities, and created platforms for companies to capitalize on commercial opportunities. I also created market expansion strategies, opened and managed international offices, and built international team capacity in export promotion, investment attraction, and international relations.
